With MyLenio, you will be able to create and list all the different request types you need.
While adding new request types, you will be able to set if they need an approver, responsible for evaluating it.
You can also add multiple approvers, have Managers approve requests, etc.
Once you put them out there, your staff will be able to ask for them.
Finally, the approvers will grant or denied the request, making the corresponding comments.

Whenever an employee decides to create a new request, he will only have to click on the chosen request button and make a short comment.
You can also configure to require multiple attachments from them.
Once a request is submitted, MyLenio will notify its approver and have a certain time to respond to it.
On the other hand, the employee will check the status of the request on the same page he has just made it.
The complete process is as transparent as it gets for both sides.

Some of the Employees have made requests, now what?
MyLenio will notify the approver and send the request into the "Pending Approvals" section.
They will also be able to see their pending approval from the Assignments Dashboard.
Once there, the person in charge will update the request status by approving or rejecting it (explaining why).
And that's how you've just managed all of your requests. Fast and simple!
